Remember this sweet couple from about a month ago??  Well they welcomed the sweetest addition to their family at the end of September, precious baby A.  Unfortunately, I was battling a cold and then out of town when she first arrived so I didn’t get to meet her until just last weekend.  But let me tell you she was worth the wait!  Sweet Miss A was alert and curious about everything around her, had fun sticking her tongue out at her Daddy and cuddled up pretty nicely with Mommy.  I am so thrilled for both Kelly and Sean; she is indeed a welcomed addition to their already wonderful family!

I really and truly love this family!!  Every time I have photographed them it has been such a pleasure- they are fun, they are real and they love each other with every ounce of their beings.  I have known Staci, the Mom, for years and I couldn’t be more happy any time that we get together to photograph them.  I always know that it’s going to be a great time and this latest shoot was no exception; we hung out by the fountain, played on and under a blanket, I was graced by the presence of a princess, watched Batman fly and got to see Spiderman and shooting webs in action.  I really had a difficult time narrowing down a selection to post here, they were all so good! Enjoy!

When I was out with handsome Mr C we got a bunch of really great photographs of the whole family.  Honestly, I love photos of Mommy’s and Daddy’s playing with their little ones and these might my favorites from the whole shoot!

So I have been pretty bad about updating this corner of my world.  It doesn’t mean that I haven’t been shooting it just means that I have been so busy trying to keep up with life that this blog has taken a back seat.  That being said, hold on for me I am going to do a super quick recap.  Babies!  It’s what the focus has been on and well I have two especially sweet little ones that just turned a year old to share with you.

It’s been so great to see these little ones grow this last year, but it really feels like I was just shooting their newborn shoots and baptisms.  Why oh why do little ones have to grow SO quickly?!?

It has been simply wonderful to reconnect with my dear high school friend Staci.  She and I have crossed paths here and there since graduating, throwing our caps up in the air (ha- we weren’t actually allowed to do that at our school) and walking down our own paths after graduation.  It was always great to see her, to catch up and to meet whatever new little one that her family had been blessed with.  However, when Jay was on his way (and after he arrived) we ended up planning our meetings instead of leaving it up to sheer luck and a target parking lot and I must say this is a much better approach.  I have really enjoyed getting back in touch and especially getting to hang with her ever-growing family!

About a week ago I packed up Jay and headed over to the Formans’ house to get some family/maternity photos before baby number 3 made it’s grand entrance.  We had put off the shoot a few times in hopes of warmer weather and ended up shooting on the coldest day out of the bunch; however, it was a good thing we did since baby E decided to make an early arrival!  This little bundle wasn’t waiting until Christmas Day, he just couldn’t wait that long!  Yesterday, I headed over there again to grab some of sweet little E.  We were able to grab a few amidst the chaos that is a house of three children under the age of four and I got to get some snuggle time in too!

Staci, I am constantly amazed at how you and Micah manage to make your day to day life look so effortless.  I know that it is not easy- things come up, toilets overflow ;-) but you all manage to keep what is most important at the center of your lives.  Hope you enjoy the photos and I can’t wait to snuggle with that precious little boy again soon!

Time is really flying by- how can we make it stop?  I am pretty sure if I blink too long Jay and his buddy C will be in high school and looking at colleges!  It has been a while since I took these photos but the Holidays and a wonderful long family vacation has prevented me from getting them up sooner.  However, there were a few that are too good not to share…

Amidst packing and preparing for a week long family vacation (with a 10 month old) I was able to escape and grab some photos with the wonderful Beyer Family.  It was great to see you all and I think you might have a tough decision as to which one to pick for that Holiday card!  Can’t wait to see you all again :-)

I met Jenny and little C one day after work last week to grab some 6 Month photos of this little cutie and wowzers- I love what we were able to get!   It seems like lately, whether it’s true or not, I have been working with a lot of little boys so this little one was a special treat! Enjoy- I think her smile might be contagious…

Two Sundays ago precious little C was baptized.  It was a beautiful service held at Trinity Lutheran Church in downtown Orlando and I was so honored to be able to capture some of it for the Beyer Family.  Little C is one lucky little girl to have so much family travel to see her on her special day!

Jamie and I have been blessed to live in a wonderful neighborhood since moving into our home in April of 2008.  We live off a quiet street where our kids will be able to play outside without worrying this Mama to death.  However; the nicest thing about our location is the neighbors, we have really friendly sweet people living all around us.  Christina and Scott moved in directly next door some time after us and we were delighted to get to know them.  We were even more delighted when we found out that they were expecting a little boy only months after Jay was due.  I have enjoyed sharing pregnancy woe’s with Christina, introducing our little ones to each other and now being able to walk in the mornings or commiserate about the lack of sleep with her.

I snuck over to their house one afternoon to grab a few shots of their sweet little one, C after he was born.  This was no easy feat since we were coordinating two non-existent schedules (his and Jay’s).  Little C was and continues to be so sweet.  I am so excited to be able to watch our little ones grow up together; how wonderful it will be for Jay to have a buddy that lives so close and for me to have a Mama friend literally a doorway away.

Please excuse the excessive amount of photos but I just couldn’t choose what to post and what not to.  I mean can you blame me with that adorable squishy face?
